Kaypro established 10 districts for sales, support, and training.
The Sales Coordinators were located at the Solana Beach offices. They were responsible for coordinating all orders and shipments, correcting missing items from the shipments, and ordering spare parts kits. (Dealer Operations Manual, December 1, 1984)
The Regional and District offices were located in their areas of the country. They served the same areas as the Sales Coordinators. They provided support and training. They also visited dealers frequently.
